Used by the Australian Aboriginals for fifty thousand years in ceremony and to enter DreamTime, this is one of the oldest known instruments for shifting consciousness. This sound is particularly good for traveling: into inner earth, to the stars, or the innermost reaches of awareness. Performance by Mark Torgeson. 5:07 minutes.
Akin to the Tibetan Horn, this instrument is typically performed in the high mountains in a melodic manner. This recording, however, features a performance best used to deepen states of peace and inner stillness. 13:24 minutes.
Used in Gregorian Chants, these frequencies form an unusual scale and mathematically all sum to 3 6, or nine. These recordings start with a tuning fork then morph into a more stable electronically generated sine wave tone. Pay attention to how your body and energy system feels as you play these.
